We were appointed for the full internal refurbishment of an existing dwelling located in King’s Cross, London. The project involved a comprehensive overhaul of the property’s interiors, including the renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. We also upgraded the electrical, plumbing, and heating systems to meet modern standards.
BS MASTERBUILDERS LTD was appointed to extend and subdivide two terraced properties located on the same road and owned by the same client. The project was situated in Maida Hill, London, on an attractive residential street.
We constructed a single-storey rear extension, a double-storey rear extension, and an outbuilding on each property. The buildings were fully renovated, modernised, and subdivided into flats. The extensions featured a very modern and high-quality design.
Despite the logistical difficulties due to the location, we successfully delivered the project on time and within budget.
