Existing site located in Kidlington, Oxford, contained a detached bungalow which would be demolished and replaced with a new building. The client appointed us to construct the new building which had 5no. flats and an outbuilding at the rear garden.

We worked closely with the client and architect, who managed the project as well, to deliver a very high quality building which would last. The building was delivered on time and within budged.

The project was for a two storey building containing 7no. flats located in Kidlington, Oxford. The building was commissioned by a developer for which we had completed several successful projects before.

The new building replaced the existing detached bungalow on site and it was designed as a chalet-style two storey bungalow maintaining the existing character of the area. We worked closely with the client and the architect to deliver a high quality building.

The project was delivered on time and within budged and handed over to the client in 2022.
